Sir Keir Starmer plans to press allies to supply Ukrainian forces with more extended-range weaponry to target Russian targets during talks in London on Friday.

The prime minister will host Ukraine's leader the Ukrainian head of state alongside what's known as "alliance of supportive nations", comprising over twenty of Kyiv's partners who have committed to grant Ukraine protection commitments once fighting stops is negotiated.
